Connecting your sources

Gmail or Google Calendar won't connect

• If you see "Google hasn't verified this app", choose Advanced → Go to Mnemor. Mnemor is in Google's verification process; the warning is expected until it completes.
• If you see "Access blocked … verification process" with no way through, your account isn't yet approved for the current test group — contact us and we'll add it.
• If Gmail disconnects roughly every week, that's a Google policy for apps still in testing. Reconnect from Settings → Sources.

Slack DMs aren't showing up

• Mnemor needs the im:read and mpim:read permissions to see direct messages. If the Slack row suggests reconnecting, do that and accept the full permission list.
• Slack rate-limits message history heavily. After connecting, give it a minute and reopen the app.

Outlook, GitHub or an MCP server

• GitHub uses a short device-code sign-in — if it times out, tap Retry and complete the code in the browser promptly.
• MCP servers that require OAuth aren't supported yet; token-based servers are.

Notifications and nudges

• Nothing arriving? Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Mnemor, then Mnemor → Settings → Daily nudges.
• Times and the weekly review are configurable in Settings → Routines.
• Quiet hours are in Settings → Wind-down; only genuinely urgent items break through.

Privacy and your data

Does my email or Slack go to Anthropic or another AI company?

Only if you allow it, and only the specific excerpt needed for something you asked for — Mnemor never uploads your mailbox or Slack history. On-device only sends nothing at all. Built-in AI (the default) sends just the snippet needed for that draft or summary to Anthropic; it is not stored by us, never used for advertising, and never used to train models, and it is listed in your activity log. Your own key routes it through your own Anthropic account instead. In every mode, images, documents, meeting audio, Health data and credentials never leave the device. Full detail.

Turn off cloud AI entirely

Settings → Privacy & security → On-device AI only. Nothing is sent to any AI provider; features that need the cloud stand down.

Use your own Anthropic key

Settings → Your AI key. Paste your key and pick a Claude model. It's stored only in your device's Keychain and used to call Anthropic directly.

See what left your device

Settings → Privacy & security → Activity log. Every AI request and security action, filterable by the last 3, 7 or 30 days. Content is never recorded.

Export your data

Settings → Privacy & security → Export my data produces a single JSON file with everything the app holds. Credentials are deliberately excluded.

Delete everything

Settings → Privacy & security → Erase all Mnemor data removes every token, key, cached item, receipt, contact, meeting note and setting from the device immediately. Deleting the app also removes its data. Because we hold no copy on a server, that is a complete deletion.

To revoke Mnemor's access from the provider's side, use Google Account permissions, your Slack workspace's app settings, or the equivalent page for the service.

Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings — cancelling stops future renewals and the current period runs to its end.
• Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Already paid but the app still shows a paywall? Open the paywall and tap Restore, making sure you're signed into the same Apple Account.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please report it privately to @saysereze rather than posting publicly. We'll acknowledge quickly and keep you updated on the fix.
