Mnemor

Terms of Use

Also known as our Terms of Service · Last updated: 29 July 2026

These terms of use — also referred to as our terms of service — govern your use of the Mnemor iOS app. By installing or using Mnemor, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. This page is public and requires no sign-in; its permanent address is https://mnemor.app/terms.

1. The service

Mnemor connects to services you already use — email, chat, calendar, code hosting, reminders and health — and surfaces the items that need your attention, letting you act on them from your phone. Mnemor is a client application: it accesses those services using credentials you authorise, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google, Microsoft, Slack, GitHub or Apple.

2. Your accounts and your responsibility

3. AI-generated content

Mnemor uses AI to rank items, draft replies, summarise conversations and generate meeting notes. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or misleading. Review anything before you send or act on it. You are responsible for the content you send. Mnemor's summaries and rankings are assistance, not advice, and must not be relied on as legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

Health-related information shown in Mnemor is general wellness context only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.

4. Subscription terms

Mnemor offers a free trial period, after which continued full use requires an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store.

5. Bring your own API key

Mnemor lets you supply your own Anthropic API key instead of using the built-in one. If you do, you are responsible for that key, for the usage costs it incurs, and for complying with the provider's terms. The key is stored only in your device's Keychain.

6. Availability

Mnemor depends on third-party services and their APIs. Those services may change, rate-limit, restrict or withdraw access at any time, which can affect or disable parts of the app. We provide Mnemor on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of Mnemor — including a message sent in error, an item that was not surfaced, or an action taken on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Mnemor in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using Mnemor at any time by deleting the app; use "Erase all Mnemor data" first if you want to clear everything from the device immediately. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

9. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for Mnemor. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Mnemor. In the event of any failure of Mnemor to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price where applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continuing to use Mnemor after an update means you accept the revised terms.
